In the first 6 months of 2023, the Provincial Public Administration Center correctly and promptly settled 37,024 administrative dossiers.
According to the
Provincial Public Administration Center, in the first 6 months of 2023, there
were 1,477 administrative procedures listed at the Center under the competence
of departments and agencies to ensure publicity and transparency. In addition,
in order to strengthen the application of information technology in
administrative reform together with digital government development and creating
all favorable conditions for organizations and individuals to carry out
administrative procedures, the Center has publicly listed administrative
procedures under the handling competence of departments and agencies by QR
codes to support organizations and individuals to easily look up information on
In the first 6
months of 2023, the total number received was 37,567 dossiers. Settled 37,106 dossiers;
timely and early settled 37,024 dossiers; and 82 late. On the other hand, the
Center received 182 dossiers in the field of fisheries in groups, settled on
time 175 dossiers; no late. Online application was 18,675 dossiers; there were
730 successful online fee payment dossiers.
June 2023, the total number received was 7,209 dossiers. Of which, 7,024 dossiers
have been settled; timely and early returned 7,011 dossiers; 13 late.

Post Office is continuously and strictly implemented. The rotation of dossiers,
and return of results are mostly done in accordance with regulations. In the
first 6 months of 2023, through the public postal service, the Center
coordinated to receive administrative documents in the field of fisheries in
the locality (Phan Thiet city: 10 dossiers, Phu Quy district: 407 dossiers, Tuy
Phong district: 79 dossiers, La Gi town: 16 dossiers). The dossiers are rotated
and processed according to regulations; reducing travel time for local people.
According to the
Provincial Public Administration Center, in the last 6 months of 2023, the
Center will continue to support people to create citizen accounts on the
National Public Service Portal and the Provincial Public Service Portal; and
guide people to apply online. Continuing to strictly control the implementation
of the process and coordination work among relevant agencies and units in
handling administrative procedures, especially inter-connected administrative
procedures to overcome the status of late settled or multiple returned, causing
troubles for organizations, individuals, businesses...
